A clear request process for parents
Delete Talking Robot Data
Talking Robot has no child accounts. A parent or guardian can still ask us to delete data linked to an app installation.

Voice recordings are never stored by Kenzi. This request process covers the limited device, battery, purchase, push-notification, and technical records described below.
1. How to request deletion
Open Talking Robot, tap the lock icon, and complete the grown-up check. In the grown-up area, copy the device ID shown for this installation.
Email [email protected] with the subject “Talking Robot data deletion request”. Include the copied device ID and confirm that you are the parent or guardian responsible for that installation. Do not include a child’s name, voice recording, photograph, or other unnecessary personal information.
We will acknowledge the request, may ask for limited information needed to verify the installation or purchase history, and will complete an eligible deletion request within 30 days.
2. Data we delete or anonymize
After verification, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the installation record and associated push token, platform and locale metadata, last-activity information, battery balance, and technical interaction records that are not required for the limited retention purposes below.
Talking Robot does not require an account, so there is no child profile or login account to delete.
3. Data that is not stored
Kenzi does not store microphone recordings in its database, server files, or cloud object storage. Audio is processed for the request and discarded from our systems when the request completes.
Up to two recent conversation turns may remain in volatile server memory for no more than 15 minutes and then expire automatically. They are not written to the persistent conversation database.
4. Limited records we may retain
Purchase, refund, tax, and accounting records may be retained for up to seven years where required by law, Apple or Google store rules, or a financial dispute. We minimize or separate installation identifiers in those records where practical.
Security and anti-fraud logs may be retained for up to 12 months when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, investigate a security incident, or protect purchases. A legal preservation order may require a longer period; if so, we retain only what that obligation requires.
5. Removing local app data
Uninstalling Talking Robot removes local app preferences according to the device operating system. A server-side deletion request is still needed for the limited records linked to the copied device ID.
